The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Portal in its notification dated March 30, 2020 has released a Companies Fresh Start Scheme, 2020 and modified the existing LLP settlement scheme, 2020 that provides benefits to defaulting Companies and LLP’s to make good the pending compliance’s (if any).
