The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in its recent notifications dated June 15, 2020 and June 23, 2020 has further relaxed the date to convene the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) and transact restricted matters through a Board Meeting held via Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) from June 30, 2020 (previous due date) to September 30, 2020 (latest due date).
